Working in partnership with Henry Lee, blending Emma's Montessori training and extensive work with children in schools providing arts workshops and projects, and Henry's high quality executive training and coaching programmes .Together they create inset days and seminars encouraging creativity in the curriculum, dealing with negative behaviour and developing open forums for teachers to discuss any achievements or issues, promoting their professional development.
