Fame at last!
Friday, September 21st, 2007This month is proving to be very exciting. I’m going to 2 of my own private views in one week!!
This friends, is a personal best.
As a member of Knighton Lane Artists group based in Leicester we are celebrating our 25 years of creativity, we are currently exhibiting as a group at the Leicester creative business Depot. Rutland Street Leicester.
It’s a lovely space, a bit off the beaten track but well worth the visit, we had the eclectic sounds of “Aurelie” to launch our private view on Tuesday, delicious nibbles and the obligatory red or white.
The exhibition finishes on the 1st of October 2007 so a few days left to avoid disappointment!
My second private view will take place at the “Ferrers Gallery, Stauton Harold, Ashby De la Zouch
“Fabrication” sumptuous textiles from wall hangings to handbags and of course our gorgeous hand painted screens. The exhibition starts on the 21st September to the 4th November 2007.
